The Role

As IM Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing and documenting processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for optimisation, and translating requirements into clear specifications for application and technical teams. Proactively identifying technology, automation, data, and emerging technologies to improve business processes, efficiency, and user experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Process Management:
  Understand and analyse business processes, documenting current and designing optimised processes.
• Requirements Analysis:
  Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements for application and technology teams.
• Business to Technology Translation:
  Act as the link between business and IM, translating processes and requirements into technology concepts.
• Application & Systems Understanding:
  Develop a strong understanding of the organisation's technology solutions to support business requirements.
• Solution Analysis & Design:
  Define practical solutions that align with business requirements and technology roadmap.
• Application Development & Change:
  Lead analysis, design, testing, and documentation activities for application changes.
• Optimisation & Automation:
  Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and digitise business processes.
• Stakeholder
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with stakeholders, application teams, developers, and vendors to ensure solutions are fit for purpose.
• Innovation:
  Identify new technologies and approaches that can improve business processes and create opportunities.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Support ongoing optimisation of business applications and processes.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems)
• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport are essential

Qualifications: BSc:
Informatics, BSc (Information Systems)
