Janitorial Team Member

Our client is seeking energetic and dependable Janitorial Team Members to maintain the cleanliness and order of their facilities in Paarl . This role is fundamental to providing a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all stakeholders. You will perform a variety of cleaning tasks, adhering to established procedures and safety guidelines, contributing to the overall upkeep and presentation of the premises.

The successful candidate will be a team player with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality work in the Western Cape .

• Perform routine cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling bins, ensuring proper disposal.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchen facilities.
• Replenish restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Report any facility maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.

• Previous experience in a janitorial or cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Understanding of basic cleaning procedures and the safe use of cleaning supplies.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting.
