About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and experienced Manufacturing Team Lead to guide a team of operators and technicians in their facility located in Paarl . This role is crucial for ensuring daily production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will be responsible for coordinating the work of your team, providing guidance, and troubleshooting operational issues on the factory floor.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production staff to achieve daily targets. Oversee the smooth operation of the production line, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, issues, and improvements. Provide on-the-job training and support to team members.
