• Perform a variety of cell biology experiments, including cell culture, transfection, transduction, and maintaining cell lines.
• Conduct assays such as ELISA, Western blotting, flow cytometry, and immunofluorescence microscopy.
• Prepare reagents, media, and buffers according to standard operating procedures.
• Collect, process, and analyze experimental data, maintaining accurate and organized records.
• Assist in the design and troubleshooting of experimental protocols.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper functioning and calibration.
• Contribute to team meetings by presenting experimental progress and preliminary findings.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related life science discipline.
• 2+ years of hands‑on laboratory experience, preferably in cell biology research.
• Proficiency in sterile cell culture techniques and mammalian cell line maintenance.
• Experience with common molecular biology and cell biology assays (e.g., Western blot, ELISA).
• Familiarity with basic data analysis and interpretation.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
