About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and visually oriented Retail Visual Merchandiser for their store in Paarl. You will be responsible for creating attractive and engaging store displays that enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales. This role requires a strong sense of style, an understanding of brand aesthetics, and the ability to translate creative concepts into impactful visual presentations.

You will work closely with store management and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and visual appeal.

• Design and implement captivating in-store displays, window presentations, and product arrangements.
• Ensure all visual merchandising standards and guidelines are consistently met across the store.
• Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute seasonal and promotional visual campaigns.
• Maintain the visual integrity of the store, ensuring a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing environment.
• Stay informed about current fashion trends, competitor activities, and visual merchandising best practices.
• Create and maintain visual merchandising guides and documentation for the store.

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a related visual display role within retail.
• Strong creative flair and a keen eye for detail, color, and spatial design.
• Proficiency in visual merchandising techniques and principles.
• Ability to interpret brand guidelines and translate them into compelling visual displays.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with store teams.
• Portfolio showcasing previous visual merchandising work is highly desirable for the Paarl location.
