Assistant Store Manager

About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and capable Assistant Store Manager to support the leadership of their retail store in Paarl . You will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, drive sales, and ensure a superior customer experience. • Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations, including opening, closing, and cash handling.
• Supervise and train retail staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company standards.

• Help manage inventory, including stock counts, receiving, and merchandising.
