Sales Coordinator

Lebone Paarl Labels is a Paarl-based printing business specialising in high-quality wine and commercial labels, with a strong focus on quality, customer service and reliable delivery. We are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team and help grow our customer base, strengthen client relationships and support our sales and production processes.

• Achieve sales targets for new and existing customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer queries, complaints and quality issues promptly.
• Monitor customer orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate new jobs with Estimating, Pre-Press, DTP and Production.
• Ensure quotations, artwork, pricing and job requirements are correct and authorised.
• Maintain accurate job tracking and administration.
• Provide regular sales updates and market feedback to management.
• Comply with company policies, ISO, Health & Safety and quality standards.
• Promote teamwork and contribute positively to the company culture.

• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Computer literate and able to work independently and in a team.

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Previous sales or customer service experience.
• Experience in the printing or manufacturing industry will be advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
• Relevant Sales/Marketing qualification will be advantageous
