Unlimited Nuts (Pty) Ltd is seeking a driven, energetic and commercially minded Junior Commercial Manager to support the growth of both our export division and local retail customer base. The successful candidate will play a key role in procurement, sales, customer relationship management and commercial operations while contributing to the continued growth of the business.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious commercial professional to develop within Unlimited Nuts and the broader Unlimited Group.

• Assisting with the compilation, implementation and management of procurement and marketing strategies.
• Supporting the growth and expansion of the export division.
• Developing and maintaining local retail customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with producers, suppliers, processors, logistics partners and customers.
• Negotiating pricing, contracts and commercial agreements to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
• Managing procurement activities to ensure continuity of supply.
• Coordinating operational and processing requirements to ensure accurate and timeous deliveries to local and international customers.
• Monitoring market trends and identifying commercial opportunities within the agricultural sector.
• Ensuring effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Managing commercial administration, reporting and documentation accurately.
• Working closely with operational teams to ensure customer expectations are consistently met.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the commercial function.

• Relevant qualification in Commerce, Marketing, Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Management or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years' commercial sales or trading experience
  , preferably within the agricultural, fresh produce, nut or related industry.
• Previous experience in commercial sales is essential.
• Previous experience in export markets will be advantageous.
• Experience working with local retail customers will be advantageous.
• Valid South African driver's licence.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within South Africa.

• High levels of energy, enthusiasm and initiative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Afrikaans (written and verbal).
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Sound commercial acumen and analytical thinking.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with producers, suppliers and customers.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working on ERP systems will be advantageous.
• A proactive, solution-driven and customer-focused approach.
• High levels of professionalism, integrity and accountability.

The Junior Commercial Manager will report directly to the Manager/Director responsible for Unlimited Nuts.
