Community Advocate - Youth Programs

Our client is seeking a passionate and dynamic Community Advocate focused on youth development programs in Paarl . This role involves engaging with young people, connecting them with educational, recreational, and mentorship opportunities, and empowering them to reach their full potential. You will work within the local community to build positive relationships and create a supportive environment for youth development. • Engage directly with youth to understand their needs, aspirations, and challenges.
• Facilitate access to educational resources, vocational training, and mentorship opportunities.

• Relevant qualification in Youth Development, Social Work, Community Development, or a related field.
• Experience working with adolescents and young adults.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation skills .
