• Design and define high-level software architecture and technical strategy for complex systems and applications.

• Establish and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and design patterns across engineering teams.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to meet project and business needs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software engineering teams, guiding them in implementing architectural vision.
• Conduct architectural reviews, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure system integrity and performance.

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a software architect role.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering complex, large-scale software systems.
• Deep understanding of software design principles, architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven), and system design.
• Proficiency with various programming languages and modern technology stacks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their respective services.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions and articulate complex concepts clearly.
