Lead Mobile Application Developer; iOS & Android

Our client, a recognized leader in the mobile technology sector, is seeking an experienced Lead Mobile Application Developer to spearhead their development efforts in Paarl, Western Cape . This role is based entirely on-site at our state-of-the-art facility in Paarl , fostering intensive collaboration and innovation within our dedicated mobile development team. You will be responsible for guiding the design, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality native iOS and Android applications.

• Lead the design and development of native iOS and Android applications.
• Architect scalable, robust, and performant mobile applications.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.
• Proven expertise in native iOS development (Swift, Objective-C) and/or Android development (Kotlin, Java).
• Experience leading development teams and managing projects.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and design patterns.
• Experience with mobile development tools and frameworks (e.g., Xcode, Android Studio).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile integration.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
