Warehouse Associate - Night Shift

About the Role

Our client is seeking dependable and diligent Warehouse Associates to join their night shift operations in Paarl, Western Cape. This role is fundamental to the efficient functioning of our distribution center, involving the handling of goods, order fulfillment, and general warehouse upkeep during overnight hours. The ideal candidate is physically fit, possesses a strong work ethic, and is committed to safety and accuracy in all tasks performed.

You will work as part of a dedicated team, contributing to the timely processing of orders and ensuring that the warehouse operates smoothly throughout the night, supporting the broader logistical network.

• Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and precision.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety standards.
• Conduct regular checks of inventory levels and report any discrepancies or damages.
• Assist with shipping and loading of goods onto delivery vehicles.

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment is advantageous.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
• Reliability and punctuality, especially for night shift operations.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
