Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities- Manage all aspects of service deli operations, including product ordering, inventory control, and merchandising.
- Perform and ensure prompt, high‑quality customer service to maximize sales and profits.
- Perform proper food preparation and packaging.
- Uphold policies and procedures, make decisions, lead and instruct employees, recognize sale trends and indicators, and promote a team environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to follow the company sales and production planning standards.
- Basic math calculation skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership/team building, and training skills.
- Excellent customer service and suggestive selling ability.
- Ability to perform in‑stock positioning and pricing integrity.
Education
:
One year of college (or equivalent knowledge gained through formal education, specialized training, or additional job experience).
Experience
:
Two years of related experience.
Other
:
Must be available to work a variety of required retail hours.
Physical
:
Basic office and store environment: ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, stoop, use stairs, reach, pull and lift objects.
Hiring pay range: $30,120 – $30,120.
