We are the appointed marketer and master distributor in Singapore for a leading U.S.
-based specialty lubricant manufacturer. With strong business growth locally and globally, we are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic Business & Operations Planner to play a key role in supporting our operations and growth strategy. We are looking for a capable candidate based in our affiliate office in Jakarta Indonesia, to remotely support our operations in Singapore.
- Support the execution and rollout of the ERP system with 3rd party vendor
- Provide day-to-day support to users, including troubleshooting basic system issues and escalating technical matters when needed.
- Prepare and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and workflow charts relating to the ERP system.
- Analyse sales performance, supply trends, and inventory data to generate insights for management.
- Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and local delivery operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, forwarders, and service providers on import and export shipments, logistics arrangements, and delivery schedules.
- Manage demand forecasting, product requirement planning, and inventory control to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Prepare and review reports, including inventory, sales performance, and operational efficiency metrics.
- Support the Manager in driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Handle the preparation and checking of various operational documents, including shipping, inventory, purchasing, invoicing, and payment records
- Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs.
- Have full working rights for Indonesia.
- Degree in Supply Chain or Engineering
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Minimum 5 years working experience, with 2-3 years of relevant experience in planning and business operations position in established companies.
- 2-3 years’ experience working with ERP system
- Good in MS Office, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to handle challenging situations professionally
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and a team player
