- Ensure that all branch components are well-managed and operate smoothly, including short and long-term strategic planning and implementation.
- Lead and monitor the sales team performance to consistently achieve branch targets.
- Build strong relationship with all internal stakeholders of Permata Bank.
- Support the overall strategy of Permata Bank/Region/Area.
- Has a minimum 4-6 years experiences
- Solid knowledge of Banking Products and Marketing.
- Good leadership skills and experience in leading a team and/or colleagues.
- Strong communication and relationship skills.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field
