• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis within the retail sector.
• Develop strategic growth plans, including market entry strategies, expansion plans, and new product/service development.
• Analyze customer behavior, purchasing patterns, and loyalty programs to identify key drivers of success.
• Advise clients on optimizing their retail operations, including supply chain, store layout, and e-commerce integration.
• Develop and present compelling strategic recommendations to senior client management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in retail management, retail strategy, or consulting with a focus on the retail sector.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful retail growth strategies.
• Strong understanding of retail dynamics, including omni-channel strategies, consumer insights, and brand management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
