Technical Writer

THE ROLE
For our production plant in Montecchio Maggiore (VI) with more than 800 employees, we are looking for a Technical Writer to join our R&D team and global documentation community.
In this role, you will turn complex engineering concepts into clear, structured, and user-friendly content.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical mindset, a high level of precision, and a natural inclination for organizing and structuring complex information.
Main Responsibilities

Create technical documentation (manuals, datasheets, catalogs, digital content)
Simplify complex information into clear, structured content
Apply modular writing principles (single sourcing & reuse)
Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams
Contribute to the evolution of tools, processes, and digital documentation

Requirements

Technical high school diploma (mechanical, mechatronics or similar)
Proficiency in written English
Strong writing skills in Italian
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Team player in an international environment

Nice to have

Experience with documentation and content tools (e.g. Adobe Suite, Office, CAD tools or similar)
Familiarity with structured content and authoring (XML, CCMS)
Interest in automation and AI applied to content creation
