Junior Client Advisory Affinity

The Affinity Business Segment is responsible for groups of individuals having homogeneous characteristics and insurance needs (such as professional associations, sports associations, large employees or public authority, etc.), with revenues up to 25 million.
The Affinity Team supports customers in analysing their needs, identifying an affinity insurance scheme and finding customised solutions based on their specific risk profiles.
Responsibilities
Identify and agree strategies for clients’ risk management, risk financing and insurance needs and objectives
Support and manage the customer portfolio
Develop client relationships including understanding of client business, strategy and objectives
Support clients in the management, analysis and evaluation of insurable risks
Controlling and reporting
Implement strategies to achieve growth goals and provide exceptional client service
Stay informed on market trends and ensure compliance with all regulatory, professional, and transparency standards to serve clients better
Assist in expanded and business development activities
Monitor and use of management software
Qualifications
University degree, preferably in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.), Law, Management Engineering, Statistics, International Relations, Political, Social and Organizational Science, achieved within the last 12 months or close to obtaining and a brilliant academic path
Fluency in English and Italian
Consolidated advanced skills in using the main IT‑tools (especially Microsoft Office Package: Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
