Develop pragmatic, deliverable and sustainable Copilot solutions and roadmaps to address client needs.
Contribute to evolution of future-focused workplace transformation propositions.
Support the selling and implementation of Copilot propositions in response to market demand and digital trends.
Assist senior team members with sales efforts including development of client proposals and pitch mechanics.
Deliver sales presentations to clients and respond to RFPs.Use experience of client-facing engagements to build positive project relationships, run workshops and lead clients to success.
Design and develop Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, Teams Toolkit Agents to meet client requirements.
Lead a team of experts to drive success in delivering solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams under challenging circumstances to deliver high-quality solutions.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft 365 products.
Share practices for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and extensibility knowledge with global Avanade team members.
Qualifications Experience in customer-facing roles with strong client relationship management skills.
Proven ability to develop and deliver technical solutions using Microsoft 365 products and Power Platform.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Copilot Studio agents, and Teams Toolkit.
Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to translate client needs into technical solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and sales support skills.
Experience collaborating with development and testing teams in a continuous integration methodology.
Passion for technology, customer value, and strategic outcomes.
