CCNL Logistica/Trasporti – Per potenziare l'area operativa a Padova cerchiamo un/una addetto/a alla consulenza clienti per il settore logistica e trasporti. Lavorerai con il team operativo per gestire richieste su spedizioni, tracking e DDT.
Responsabilità
gestione chiamate e richieste clienti via telefono e gestionale
monitoraggio stato spedizioni e aggiornamento clienti sul tracking
inserimento e verifica DDT e documentazione di trasporto nel gestionale
escalation delle problematiche a magazzino e trasporti e supporto al reso

diploma di scuola secondaria
