We are partnering with an international industrial company to recruit a Quality Plant Manager to lead and develop the Quality function within a manufacturing environment.
This is a key leadership position responsible for defining, implementing, and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring full compliance with ISO 9001 standards and driving a strong quality culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Define and implement the Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001 and business objectives
Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all functions
Lead internal and external audit activities, managing relationships with certification bodies
Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee non-conformities, ensuring effective root cause analysis and corrective actions
Manage supplier quality, including evaluation, qualification, and audits
Ensure control of processes, documentation, and product quality from incoming materials to final release
Promote data-driven decision-making through the use of statistical tools
Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and technical teams
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Lead, coach, and develop the Quality team
Competenze ed esperienza
A successful Quality Plant Manager should have:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience
Significant experience in Quality roles within manufacturing/industrial environments
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems
Experience in leading audits and managing certification processes
Solid understanding of production processes and quality control methodologies
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with statistical tools and quality methodologies
Proficiency in MS Office and quality-related IT systems
English proficiency: B2/C1 level

Competitive salary ranging from €55,000 to €60,000 per year.
