Il/la candidato/a realizzerà, di concerto con il team di Ricerca e Sviluppo, nuove proposte tecniche e stilistiche, introdurrà e implementerà con modelli 3D e gestionali incentrati sull'AI, il design dei prodotti. Sarà inoltre coinvolto in progetti di sviluppo di nuovi prodotti in collaborazione con il team R&D cinese e con i partners europei.
La risorsa ideale dovrà avere una specifica conoscenza delle tecnologie e dei prodotti calzaturieri e sarà specializzata nell'uso di programmi di settore (Rhino, Grasshopper, Adobe Creative Suite e programmi AI-Generative). Ne completano il profilo la conoscenza fluente dell'inglese, capacità di disegno a mano libera e team working.
