What You Should Know

As the Lighting Coordinator, you would be responsible for managing lighting repair operations across our retail store footprint. This role coordinates lighting repairs, defines repair scope, reviews repair costs and materials, and works closely with store operations teams and vendors to ensure lighting issues are resolved efficiently and cost-effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple repair projects simultaneously.

What You Will Do

Coordinate and assign retail lighting repair work across multiple store locations. Review lighting-related service requests and determine repair scope and requirements. Communicate with store personnel, contractors, landlords, and vendors regarding lighting issues and repairs. Solicit, review, and compare vendor estimates and repair quotes. Monitor repair costs, materials, and vendor performance to ensure efficient project completion. Track repair progress and follow up to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.

Maintain records of repairs, invoices, costs, and service documentation. Assist in identifying recurring lighting issues and recommend cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications
  • Lighting, facilities coordination, construction coordination or related experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, investigative and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with contractors, vendors and service providers.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
