Serve). ETAS was formed and dedicated to support the Department of Energy (DOE) Portsmouth/Paducah Project Office (PPPO) with technical and management services contributing to the safe and cost-effective implementation of the "One PPPO" mission.

We support the energy, defense, and science markets through responsive, cost-effective execution of critical environmental, facilities and infrastructure, and nuclear defense and nonproliferation projects.

Candidate will be responsible for preparing the annual Congressional budget request for PPPO. Develop scenarios for completing scope at various funding levels. Responsible to conduct comprehensive program/financial analysis of Federal Site Lifecycle Estimate (FSLE) submissions from PPPO Programs. Responsible for secretarial duties of the PPPO Baseline Change Control Board. Work with the PPPO Programs to draft the Quarterly Progress Review (QPR) presentations for HQ meetings.

Assist DOE with distributing funding to the Programs.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business from an accredited university or ten years of relevant experience
• Five years' experience in federal programs and projects or equivalent
• Ability to conduct comprehensive resource management and program scheduling and execution
• Knowledge of project management/project controls to include lifecycle and baseline analysis
• Experience in coordinating multiple high level project documentation requirements
• Experience in developing "what if" scenarios
• Detailed Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with database management

• Knowledge of financial accounting systems (for example, STARS, IPABS, or other Oracle based like systems)
• Experience in project issue and audit resolution
• DOE experience

This position may require the ability to obtain a government clearance. This position may require reviews and test for absence of any illegal drugs along with a background investigation by the Federal government in order to obtain an access authorization prior to employment, and may require subsequent reinvestigations may be required.
