Serve). ETAS supports the Department of Energy (DOE) Portsmouth/Paducah Project Office (PPPO) with technical and management services to implement the "One PPPO" mission. Pro2

Serve provides critical environmental, technical, and engineering services to the energy, defense, and science markets.

• Assist the PPPO Information Security Specialist (CO) with reviews, file maintenance, and public affairs release.
• Maintain the classification program for all PPPO sites to identify classified information accurately.
• Oversee program implementation to assess risk of loss, value of loss, and classification level appropriate to information sensitivity.
• Provide local classification guidance to support D&D efforts.
• Execute evaluations, self-assessments, and classification decision reviews.
• Develop and implement classification training for Derivative Classifiers.
• Compile statistics on the field element classification program, including all site DC reviews.
• Assist the Designated Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Official Liaison with administrative and technical CUI assistance and program implementation.

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university with a minimum of five years of DOE related Security Programs experience or five years of DOE/industrial security experience.
• Knowledge of classification programs.
• Proficiency in performing DOE Safeguards and Security tasks related to Program Planning and Management, Physical Protection, Information Security, Personnel Security.
• Experience with contractor program oversight and contract execution.
• Experience performing DOE Assessments, Surveys, Corrective Action Plans, and Comprehensive Self-Assessment Report development.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• High degree of professionalism in deliverables and interactions with employees and client personnel.

• Experience in S&S issues in a D&D and D&R environment.
• Classification experience and awareness.
• NTC S&S related training.
• Derivative Classifier experience.
• Inquiry Official knowledge of gaseous diffusion technology.
