Lumera Healthcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – Board Certified (PMHNP-BC) to join our growing behavioral health team in Western Kentucky.
We are looking for a provider who is passionate about delivering high-quality psychiatric care and is comfortable working with a diverse adult patient population. The ideal candidate will have experience or training in Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and an interest in expanding their knowledge of innovative and interventional psychiatric treatments.
At Lumera, you will have the opportunity to practice in a 100% outpatient setting with no hospital calls, nights, or weekends while working alongside a multidisciplinary behavioral health team.
What We’re Looking For- Current PMHNP-BC certification
- Current or eligible Kentucky APRN licensure
- Minimum of two years of experience working with adult patients ages 18 and older
- MAT training and/or experience, with the ability and interest to provide Medication-Assisted Treatment services
- Experience or a strong interest in treating geriatric patients with mental health needs
- Willingness to learn and participate in interventional psychiatric treatments, including:
- Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
- Spravato® (esketamine)
- Ketamine infusions
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered behavioral healthcare
- Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining appropriate clinical autonomy
