Regional Director of Clinical Services

Job Summary

As a Regional Director of Clinical Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our facilities within the Northern Ohio region. You will lead a team of clinical leaders and staff to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care, while also driving operational efficiencies and reducing costs. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced healthcare professional to take their skills to the next level and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of clinical leaders and staff to ensure effective clinical operations and quality patient care
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, reduce readmissions, and enhance the overall patient experience
  • Collaborate with facility leadership to develop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction
  • Provide guidance and support to clinical staff to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions
  • Foster strong relationships with local and regional stakeholders to promote collaboration and improve patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical leadership or management role
  • Proven track record of leading teams to improve quality, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
