2nd Shift Production Lead

Production Lead will oversee the assigned area to ensure production runs according to schedule in a safe and timely manner. Schedule daily breaks and lead team. Ensure all employees are rotating at appropriate times. Verify that documents have been completed correct and accurate. Able to perform all tasks for the assigned area and responsible for training all new staff. Support and enforce employee safety, food safety, and quality programs.

Keep assigned area clean and safe for all employees. Responsible for end of day clean up. Reports on all issues as they happen to Production Supervisor. Production lead must learn all aspects of production and be able to lead any area effectively and efficiently.

US Hourly Pay Range $19 - $20 USD
