Responsibilities- Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth, meeting patient volume goals for telehealth and in‑patient as determined.
- Lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude (X‑ray technicians, nurses, front‑office specialists) to deliver excellent patient care.
- Perform responsibilities included in the SCRIBE job description.
- Discuss and review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
- Ask situation‑specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses to provide guidance and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Actively engage with clinical leadership, elevating to management when appropriate to ensure strong patient care and resolve concerns, aligning with company values.
- Meet patient volume goals for telehealth and in‑patient as determined.
- Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward charts as appropriate on a daily basis.
- Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and supervising physicians.
- Analyze and interpret patients’ histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
- Deliver excellent patient care through in‑patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations, focusing on patient‑centric care, safety, cost, and reliable information.
- Ensure provider activities comply with federal and state regulations, guidelines, and requirements including HIPAA.
- Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment within clinic and virtual settings.
- Pursue a queue of telehealth patients timely to ensure proper follow‑up.
- Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, responsibly prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued care of acute and chronic conditions.
- Attend mandatory monthly meetings with supervising physicians and E/M training.
- Perform responsibilities within standard NP protocols.
- Complete all mandatory compliance training to exceed quality standards.

- Recommend ideas within clinic and to telehealth leadership to improve overall patient experience and care.
- Communicate regularly within the team to support excellent patient care.
- Welcome new employees on their first day, facilitate introductions, clinic tours, and overview of processes.
