Overview
Work with one recruiter throughout the assignment process. Available for local and non‑local placements. Competitive hourly rate plus tax‑free stipend, referral bonus up to $1,000, license reimbursement for new state licenses, and no pay cuts during the contract.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, evaluate and revise care plans for assigned patients and families. Provide direct care and supervise all nursing care in compliance with the Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrate clinical competence, manage patient care, improve quality, establish professional relationships and develop clinical expertise per specialty.
Position Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervise Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides and Techs.
Qualifications
- 1 year as Registered Nurse required; may vary by client and setting.
- Recent acute care experience required; LTAC experience preferred.
- Strong preference for ICU, Med‑Surg and Telemetry experience.
- Current, valid, active RN license in the state of employment.
- Current, valid, active driver’s license.
- Ability to travel using public air and ground transportation.
Certificates, Licensures, Registrations
- Valid RN license in the state of employment.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification from a Vibra Travels‑approved vendor; AHA preferred and required by some clients.
- Additional certifications may be required by some clients.
