** 12 hour shift/ 6pm-6amThe Charge Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, organizing and supervising the unit activities for a specified shift

Essential Duties:
* Assesses unit census, patient status, and staffing numbers.
* Develops assignment of licensed/non-licensed that ensures adequate deliver of care
* Addresses patient and staff concerns during shift
• Duties as assigned by Director
* Assists team members in giving care to patients, or administers direct care when professional nursing skills and judgment is needed and performs technical aspects of care competently Requirements
* Three to five years job related experience
* Current RN licensure by the Kentucky State Board of Nursing Benefits:
