High-Risk Breast Nurse Practitioner
Medfamily Wellcare Center High-Risk Breast Nurse Practitioner
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and risk evaluations specific to high-risk breast health.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, following current guidelines.
- Educate patients on genetic testing, screening, lifestyle modifications, and preventive strategies tailored to high-risk populations.
Valid Nurse Practitioner license, preferably with oncology certification, experience in high-risk breast care, proficiency with Epic, excellent communication skills. Critical care or ICU experience highly desirable, especially familiarity with acute pain and airway management. In-person role offers opportunity to deliver exceptional, evidence-based care and empower patients throughout their journey.
