* Job Description:

** Administers nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties. Creates a positive customer service environment.
* Assessment and identification of all patient needs
* Implementation of appropriate interventions considering the needs of patient populations per department scope of service
* Maintains Nursing Care Plan
* Maintains a plan for the delivery of nursing care established by the Registered Nurse Assures that nursing care interventions and activities are directed to resolve problems
* Delegation of nursing care activities to nurse aides as needed
* Follow physician orders
