* Job Description:

** Preparation and delivery of off-scheduled patient services, provide high quality, good presentation and high level of customer service satisfaction with sanitary conditions maintained throughout service and clean-up. Maintains kitchen work areas and equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.
*
* Job Duties:

*** Prep work including, washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding vegetables and fruits along with weighing and measuring designated ingredients.
* Properly stores foods in designated areas following wrapping, dating, and food safety and rotation procedures.
* Prepares items needed for meals; prepares hot and cold beverages, replenishes as needed.
* Fills and replenishes condiments and all assorted items on the line.
* Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator while maintaining all safety standards.
* Operate Cash Register and cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
** Preferred Requirements:
*** Food Handler card or Servsafe certificate preferred
* High School Diploma/GED
* One to three months’ experience
