JOB DESCRIPTION:COOK / PREP PERSON
Job Overview - Burger Theory Cooks are responsible for positive interactions while accurately creating and presenting menu items correctly in a friendly and efficient manner.
Job Qualifications- Food handling experience and certification.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with the ability to engage in conversation. Must speak English and be able to write basic English.
- Greet fellow employees in a positive manner.
- Learn and follow the required recipes in order to present food in a consistently appetizing manner.
- Keep ticket times within standard.
- Food rotation.
- Prep and stock daily.
- Assist with the cleaning of and putting away of dishes.
- Complete all opening and closing work.
- Follow all state and local health and sanitation laws while working in the kitchen.
- Assist in the set up and tear down of manager receptions or banquet events if needed.
- Assist all Front of House employees in creating a positive, memorable experience for all guests.
