In the performance of their respective tasks and duties, all employees are expected to conform to the following:
Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager with tasks such as ensuring store coverage, training new hires, completing store paperwork, and working shifts not covered by the Store Manager.
- Order inventory, recruit, interview, and motivate the team.
- Manage the store’s physical and financial resources.
- Develop good customer relationships.
- Handle cash and account for cash and inventory variances.
- Maintain a clean and friendly atmosphere at all times.
- Computer literate (experience with various POS systems a plus).
- Minimum 1 year of management experience in a convenience store, department store, or grocery store.
- Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including evenings, nights, and sometimes overnight shifts.
- Flexibility to work a flexible schedule.
