Sales Representative

JSC Terminal, LLC dba Midwest Terminal, a leading supplier of fuel, lubricants and chemicals located in Paducah, KY is looking to hire a Sales Representative to service existing accounts as well as establish new accounts. Competitive Salary, Commission, Benefits, Company Vehicle.

Sales Representative

Job Duties:

• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.
• Manages pipeline activities via computerized CRM including lead generation through the entire sales process.
• Adjust content of sales presentations to be relevant to customer.
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Work with and communicate daily with dispatching, warehouse and purchasing as a team.
• Contribute to team effort by meeting or exceeding all sales goals.

Sales Representative Skills and

Qualifications:

• Prior knowledge of the petroleum and lubricants industry is an advantage.
• Possess good communication skills including speaking, writing, and listening.
• College degree is preferred.
• Mechanical background is considered a plus.
• Must posses character traits of honesty, integrity, and a desire to serve.
• Other valuable selling skills required include: closing skills, territory management, prospecting skills, negotiation, self-confidence, product knowledge, presentation skills, interpersonal relationships, motivation for sales, and pipeline management.
