Seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to drive new business growth within an assigned territory. The role involves prospecting, qualifying leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits, and conducting on-site assessments for uniform rental and facility services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements
- Maintain accurate client information in CRM
- Meet or exceed sales quotas
- Collaborate with service and operations teams for seamless onboarding
- 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in uniform rental, industrial supply, or related fields
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and manage full sales cycles
- Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, receptive to coaching
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
