Job Description
Landmark Aquatic is actively seeking a confident and eager individual to join our service team full-time, year-round, as a Service Technician.
Position Overview
We are looking for service technicians to support our growing organization. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and installing residential pool equipment up to large commercial pools. Mechanical equipment includes, but is not limited to, chemical controllers, variable speed pumps, VFDs, filtration systems, UV sanitation, and specialty equipment.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Test, balance, and understand pool water chemistry
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues
- Operate various power tools and equipment
- Communicate with customers, office staff, business leaders, and vendors
- Utilize specialized scheduling software to review work, update work orders, and complete service reports
- Complete electronic forms for customer communication and billing
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Class E driver's license with a clean driving record
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Strong mechanical skills
- Ownership of work quality and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specialized software, and web applications
- Comfortable working in uncontrolled climates
