Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics (MD/DO) for a permanent position in Page, Arizona. This unique role allows for full-spectrum family medicine, including prenatal care and deliveries, in a supportive and mission-driven community setting.
Permanent MD/DO Family Practice with OB
Location:
Page, Arizona
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outpatient family medicine services, including preventive care and chronic disease management
Deliver prenatal care and perform obstetrical deliveries
Participate in hospital call rotation for OB and newborn care Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive patient services
Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine Fellowship or experience in obstetrics required
Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
