The Community Bridges Counselor will, with assistance from the treatment team, ensure each participant receives the services needed to achieve treatment goals as outlined in their individualized treatment plan. Counselors will familiarize themselves with newly assigned participants to provide appropriate counseling and educational presentations to participants and/or their families.

• Provide individual and group counseling services to participants in residential, outpatient, or crisis settings.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
• Conduct educational presentations for participants and families as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
• Participate in clinical supervision and continuing education to maintain licensure.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from a CSWE‑accredited program.
• Minimum of one (1) year full‑time behavioral health experience.
• Licensed at the independent or associate level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE) as Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Addiction Counselor (for residential programs only).
• In good standing with the AZBBHE and meeting requirements for clinical supervision toward licensure.
• Valid identification and AZ Fingerprint Clearance card.
