What You'll Be Doing:
No two nights (or weekends!) are the same when you’re part of the QC family. You’ll be:
Empowering individuals to achieve personal goals and milestones.
Supporting independence, not just providing care.
Cooking meals, creating routines, and celebrating victories—big and small.
Providing a safe, supportive environment (and maybe learning a new hobby or two along the way).
Helping with medications, personal care, mobility, and transportation.
Encouraging fun!—outings, movies, shopping trips, walks, and more.
Documenting successes and ensuring quality care every shift.

What You’ll Need:
Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
Pass a State of AZ Department of Public Safety background check.
(Preferred) Valid Arizona Driver’s License — help us keep people connected to their communities!
A positive attitude, a big heart, and a strong commitment to making a difference. (We provide full training — if you have the passion, we’ll give you the skills.)
