Location:
Amangiri, Camp Sarika — 900+ acres on the Colorado Plateau with 34 modernist suites, Aman Spa, a pool, a camp restaurant, lounge and spa suites. Camp Sarika has 10 tented pavilions and serves as an unrivalled base for excursions and fireside connection.
As a Camp Sarika Host
, you are the primary point of contact for guests staying at Camp Sarika. With personalized service and attention to detail, you will ensure guests enjoy seamless dining, activities, and in-room experiences during their stay. This position bridges Front Office, Housekeeping, Dining, and Transportation to deliver the legendary Aman standard of service.
- Greet and settle guests upon arrival, assist with check-in and familiarization of their pavilion.
- Serve as the main guest contact throughout the stay, reachable via dedicated host phone.
- Coordinate and personalize daily itineraries, dining, and in-room requests.
- Deliver in-room dining, private setups, and special amenity arrangements.
- Liaise with Housekeeping to ensure timely and discreet room servicing.
- Drive guests via golf cart or company vehicle as needed throughout Camp Sarika and property.
- Provide on-the-spot assistance across departments, including Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Transportation.
- Monitor and uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Maintain a warm, discreet, and professional presence with every interaction.
- Support special events or off-property excursions as needed.
- Previous experience as a Butler, Concierge, Guest Experience Advisor, or Front Desk Agent preferred.
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and ability to anticipate guest needs.
- Familiarity with local experiences, food & beverage service, and amenity presentation.
- Comfortable with multi-tasking, adapting to dynamic guest schedules, and solving problems calmly.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and comfort driving guests in company vehicles or golf carts.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of wine and food pairings is a plus.
