An unrivaled base for exhilarating expeditions and fireside connection, the camp has its own restaurant, lounge and spa suites.

• Oversee the daily service in the dining room, ensuring all areas are prepared to standard.
• Lead pre-service briefings and communicate relevant updates to colleagues.
• Supervise the flow of service to ensure timeliness, consistency, and attentiveness at all tables.
• Support colleagues on the floor, including assisting with food and beverage service.
• Train and mentor new and existing colleagues on service expectations and guest interaction.
• Maintain strong communication with the kitchen regarding guest requests and dietary needs.
• Ensure proper handling of orders in the POS system, with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Monitor table settings, silverware, and cleanliness in both front- and back-of-house areas.
• Support the organisation and delivery of special events and functions.
• Maintain high standards of grooming and uniform presentation.

• Previous supervisory or management experience in a food and beverage setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dining room and kitchen operations.
• Experience with POS and hospitality systems such as Micros, Seven Rooms, and Opera is highly desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Clear driving record and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening (if driving company vehicles).
• Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail with excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working in various indoor and outdoor conditions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs.
• TIPS and Serv Safe certifications required.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
