The Security Guard protects guests, staff, property and equipment. You will patrol assigned areas, monitor alarms and CCTV systems, manage access points, and respond to incidents to ensure safety and security.

• Project a professional image and greet arriving guests and visitors.
• Conduct regular patrols of the resort to secure buildings, grounds and equipment.
• Observe activities through CCTV cameras and report irregularities such as security breaches or safety hazards.
• Control ingress and egress of personnel, ensuring proper security protocols.
• Complete incident and accident reports accurately and timely.
• Participate in or lead emergency situations and rescue operations.
• Inform and warn violators of security infractions, respond to unauthorized persons.
• Perform regular checks on emergency call boxes, doors, windows, gates and other equipment.
• Maintain clear communication with other security personnel, management and emergency responders.
• Follow all duties during shift, maintaining detailed record of activities and incidents.

• Minimum one year of relevant security experience.
• Clear criminal record and clean driving record.
• First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain one); AED certification or Utah Guard License preferred.
• Prior experience working with CCTV systems and security monitoring equipment.
• Minimum two years of previous guest service experience.
• Flexible shifts, including weekends, nights and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work well with others and maintain professional relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Alert for long periods, patrol resort on foot or in vehicle, handle security equipment.
