We’re looking for a Line Service Professional who enjoys working outdoors in a fast‑paced aviation environment. The role is essential in providing elite customer service on the ground, including fueling, positioning aircraft, assisting with luggage, and clear radio communications.
Responsibilities- Greet passengers and crew members upon arrival.
- Coordinate with coworkers, clients and vendors to provide ground services for general aviation aircraft, such as fueling, lavatory, ground power and potable water services, delivering catering.
- Marshall, tow and position aircraft on the ramp and in hangars.
- Handle fuel movement – quality control, disposal and paperwork.
- Daily check and upkeep of crew cars and vehicles.
- Maintain safe, clean and secure ramps and operations.
- Drive a shuttle vehicle with passengers.
- Conduct monthly crew meetings.
- Participate in annual re‑current training.
- Customer focus – naturally outgoing and extroverted.
- Communicate effectively in person, on the phone and via radio.
- Operate a motor vehicle and be insurable by our insurance company (clean driving record required).
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products.
- Basic mathematical knowledge.
- Bi‑lingual preferred.
This position reports to the Line Service Manager.
Work EnvironmentThe role is performed outdoors in all types of weather conditions and involves direct contact with both moving and stationary aircraft. Potential exposure to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes and machinery.
Physical Demands- Must be able to lift 75 pounds.

- Outside work in all types of weather conditions.
- Requires bending, lifting, walking, stooping, squatting, gripping and climbing a ladder.
Non‑exempt position. Shift work requires evenings, weekends and scheduled company holidays.
TravelNo travel is expected for this position.
Education, Experience, and Eligibility Qualifications- Customer service experience in the service industry preferred.
- Prior aircraft ground handling experience a plus.
- High School Diploma.
- Entry‑level position.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Acceptable driving record.
- Zero‑tolerance drug‑free employer policy, including pre‑employment and random screening.
