As an RV Park Desk Clerk, you play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You serve as the first point of contact-both in person and over the phone-ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued. You are responsible for promptly addressing guest requests, questions, and concerns with professionalism and courtesy, helping to create a positive and memorable stay. Your attentiveness, communication skills, and commitment to service excellence directly contribute to the success and reputation of the RV Park.

Job Description:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture

Greet and assist arriving guests professionally; manage space selection and check-in/check-out process

Walk daily routes through the RV Park to ensure facilities and equipment are clean and functioning properly

Respond to guest inquiries, provide local information, and resolve issues or escalate concerns as needed

Maintain cleanliness and stock of front desk area and shared RV Park facilities

Stay current on company promotions, policies, and reservation requirements

Communicate effectively with management, team members, and guests in person and by phone

Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position

Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards.

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications1 or more months of guest service, RV, or hospitality experience preferred

Previous experience working in a team or group environment

Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment

Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system

Requirements

At least 21years of ageHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal

Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company

Verify right to work in the United States Work Cards None Physical  Requirements Frequently push/pull up to 50 lbs Frequently lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels

Frequently squat, kneel, reach, bend, twist
