Offers professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, overseeing and guiding subordinate staff to ensure quality patient care.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred. Completion of a specialty course or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of acute care experience or successful completion of an approved specialty course.
• Current RN license in the relevant state, with certifications including BLS, ACLS (adults), PALS (pediatrics), or NRP (neonates), and any other required certifications.
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge and skills appropriate to the patient age group served.
