Sage Group Health Care  Staffing is seeking Registered Nurses Med Surg for multiple travel /contract positions in Pahrump, NV. Accepting local and traveler candidates.

Pay Rate:

Range $2340 to $2440 weekly Gross pay (Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Shift:
12 Hours;
Days, 7a-7.30p

Schedule: 36 hours / week guaranteed, 3 shifts per week, every other weekend

• Registered Nurse: 2 years - Required
• Med Surg Nursing experience:
  
  Recent/Current 2 years – Required
• Prior Travel experience – Highly preferred

• ASN or an equivalent – Required
• BSN or an equivalent – Highly preferred
• RN License for State of NV - Required
• BLS, ACLS Certifications fromAHA
  - Required
• NIHSS Certification - Required

• Provide all aspects of Nursing care for patients in Med Surg units.
• Responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide comprehensive care appropriate to the age ofthe patients served in the Med Surg as directed by nursing management.
• Nursing care is provided in accordance with the stated philosophy and standards established by the Nursing Service Department, regulatory agencies and professional organizations.
• The Registered Nurse is accountable for the safety of nursing care they deliver or supervise.
• Being effectively involved with maintaining the standard of care for assigned patients through assessment,planning, implementation, and Evaluation
• Safely and accurately administer medications
• Participate in patient and family teaching
• Records information concisely,accurately and completely.
• Participates in multidisciplinary treatment planning and revises plan of care based on assessment.
