This technician will travel to client locations to diagnose and repair computers, networks, printers, surveillance systems, and VoIP systems. You will be the face of All-Tech Services at every job site, so professionalism and strong customer communication are essential. Low voltage or electrical experience is not required for this role. We are a small team where every technician has real responsibility and direct impact on the quality of service our clients receive.

• Travel to client locations to diagnose and repair computers, laptops, and workstations
• Troubleshoot and service network equipment, Wi-Fi systems, and patch cabling
• Service and configure printers and office equipment on-site
• Troubleshoot and support surveillance cameras and VoIP phone systems
• Perform equipment installations including workstations, switches, and access points
• Terminate and test network patch cables as needed
• Document all work and communicate completed service to both clients and the office
• Represent All-Tech Services professionally in all client interactions

• Professional and customer-focused when working at client sites. You are the face of the company
• Clear communicator who can explain what you did in plain language after the job is done
• Organized and punctual. Clients depend on you showing up ready to work
• Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions in the field

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing desktop and laptop computers
• Knowledge of basic networking and Wi-Fi systems
• Ability to terminate and test network patch cables
• Experience servicing printers and office equipment
• Familiarity with surveillance cameras and VoIP hardware
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
